Visit guide
Where to see each EXSIM project in person: 10 sales galleries covering 19 projects, with the address each project’s official website publishes.
Most EXSIM projects are not sold from a gallery on the construction site. One gallery usually serves several projects in the same region, so the four Bukit Jalil projects are all shown at Millerz Square on Old Klang Road, and the Damansara projects share one gallery at Empire City. Find your project below, then check the address before you drive there.

Common questions
Can I visit the construction site instead of the sales gallery?
No. Active sites are closed to the public for safety. The gallery is where the show units, the scale model and the floor plans are.
Why is a Bukit Jalil project shown on Old Klang Road?
EXSIM runs its main Klang Valley gallery at Millerz Square, next to its head office at EXSIM Tower. The Kingswoodz, The Vividz, The Queenswoodz and Veladaz Residences are all presented there.
Do I need an appointment?
It is strongly recommended. Book ahead so a consultant and the right show unit are ready when you arrive.
What should I bring?
Your list of questions on layout, tenure and completion date, and the unit types you want to see. If you plan to book a unit on the day, ask on WhatsApp beforehand what the developer needs from you.
