Keeperz Suites overview
Keeperz Suites is a two-tower development by EXSIM on the Penang waterfront, named after the lighthouse keeper. Tower A and Tower B hold 493 suites in total on freehold land with a commercial title.
Two layouts are published. Type A1 is a 484 sq ft studio with a bedroom, living and dining area, pantry and study nook. Type B1 is a 581 sq ft dual-key plan, so one side can be closed off from the other — each side has its own entrance off a shared foyer.
Facilities sit on two levels. The landscaped deck on Level 5 carries a children's playground, seating lounges, a BBQ area and a herbs garden. Level 21 holds the sky facilities: a game room, co-working space and sky gym in Tower A, and a sky lounge, sky pool, wading pool, jacuzzi and pool lounge in Tower B. EXSIM states the facilities on both towers are interconnected.
